The latest and cleanest JCB 540-170 Loadall is equipped with an ultra clean and efficient JCB Dieselmax Stage V engine. JCB LiveLink enables remote monitoring of the machines DPF meaning JCB LiveLink can notify of any manual or service regeneration needed to protect the machine and ensure optimum performance. A robust design, the 540-170 effortlessly reaches it's 17m lift height whilst maintaining full stability thanks to the patented Adaptive Load Control.

Robust and reliable construction. Telescopic handlers use high quality steel with significant structural strength and corrosion resistance. The chassis of the machine has a monolithic all-welded structure, which is characterized by low weight and high rigidity. Thanks to the plug-in all-wheel drive and installation on telescopic loaders 540-170 models of wheels with an increased diameter, the equipment is able to work even in the absence of a road surface.
Performance. The JCB Dieselmax internal combustion engines, with which this special equipment is equipped, are characterized by increased torque at low revs and are able to develop power up to 74.2 kW. Despite their significant efficiency, the engines are economical and have extended service intervals. A special system provides for a temporary shutdown of the hydromechanical transmission, allowing all the useful torque to be directed to lifting and moving the load.
Operator comfort and safety. A spacious cabin with easy access, a highly adjustable vibration-free seat and easy-to-use controls make the operator's job much easier. The JCB 540-170 telehandler cab is certified to the latest ROPS, TOPS and FOPS standards. The integrated steel frame provides 100% protection both in the event of a rollover of the machine and in the event of a load falling from a great height.
